• Create detailed, comprehensive and well‑structured test plans and test cases that can be leveraged by all teams, including the Automation team.
• Perform all types of testing to ensure overall product quality, such as UI testing, functional testing, performance testing, regression testing, integration testing, and more.
• Create and manage bug reports and communicate findings with the team.
• Collaborate with Engineering, UI/UX, Infrastructure and Product Management teams.
• As the QA team lead, build and improve team processes, promote good practices, and provide training and mentoring to the team.
• Allocate team members to projects and estimate project effort.
• Collate project status and update weekly reports.
• Conduct performance reviews, one‑on‑ones, and serve as the Project PIC for third‑party collaborations.
• Participate actively in analysis, design and planning activities.
• Advocate for strong Agile practices.
• Be eager to learn and grow as a professional.

• Formal degree in Computer Science preferred; demonstrated skills and experience are equally valued.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance (manual or automation).
• Proven experience as a QA Lead or in a similar leadership role.
• Experience in team management, training, and mentoring.
• Experience working with web and mobile applications (iOS & Android).
• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman, JMeter, SoapUI, etc.
• Experience with HTTP debugging on web and mobile applications using developer tools/console.
• High level of comfort using SQL for data testing.
• Experience with test case and bug management tools such as Phabricator, Test Rail, etc.
• Experience in Agile process methodology.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable with written and spoken English.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently or with limited assistance.
• Fin‑Tech domain knowledge is a plus; experience with financial services products is considered a plus.
• Programming language experience (NodeJS, Java, Python, Ruby, etc.) is a plus but not mandatory.
• Automation testing experience with frameworks such as Appium, Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Webdriver.io, etc. is a plus but not mandatory.
• CI/CD experience using Jenkins, Gitlab, etc. is a plus but not mandatory.
