Job Description

As a part of the cbs technical team – we custom ERP developments, integration projects, and cloud apps for our global and internal customers. We create concepts, execute the implementation, and manage our projects. We are responsible for all phases of the software and project lifecycle based on our project methodology. To expand our local team in the APAC region, we are looking for an SAP Solution Consultant/ Senior Solution Consultant - Product Development (ABAP).

Job Description

We create concepts, execute the implementation, and manage our projects. We are responsible for all phases of the software and project lifecycle based on our project methodology. To expand our local team in the APAC region, we are looking for an SAP Solution Consultant/ Senior Solution Consultant - Product Development (ABAP).

Position: SAP Solution Consultant/ Senior Solution Consultant

Modules: ABAP - Product Development

Location: Jakarta, Indonesia (must be willing to relocate to Malaysia)

Expectations And Tasks

• Analyze functional requirements, create technical design and approach for complex IT solutions.
• Implement solutions independently using state-of-the-art programming languages (ABAP 7.4+, CDS, SAPUI5, Java Script) and tools (SAP Web IDE, Eclipse, ABAP Workbench)
• Participate in an Agile software development cycle and collaborate with project managers as well as functional counterparts.
• Write technical documentation and test scripts.
• Share knowledge and experience with colleagues.
• Contribute to cbs best practices and methodologies.
• Willing to work in product development

• A degree in computer science, mathematics, engineering, or any other science topic, preferably with a background in business / industry & commerce.
• At least 5 years (SAP ABAP Senior Solution Consultant)/ 3 years (SAP ABAP Solution Consultant) as an SAP ABAP developer in customer projects or a similar environment.
• Knowledge in other programming languages such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS or in topics such as HANA, SAPUI5, XSLT, Java, etc.
• Proficiency in any of the following technologies:
• SAP Technologies: SAP ABAP, ABAP OO, SAP Fiori, Fiori Elements, SAP UI5 Development
• Programming Languages/ Frameworks:
  Java, JavaScript, Node.js, React, or Angular
• Development Tools:
  Git Hub, Web IDE, or SAP Business Application Studio
• Special matter expert knowledge in enhancing e. g. MDG Master Data Governance, GTS Global Trade Service, eWM (Warehouse Management), TM (Transport Management) desirable.
• Basic knowledge in using at least one SAP module in the areas of logistics or finance.
• Exposure to Agile Scrum methodologies beneficial.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
