Provide technical support and monitor enterprise-level application systems. Provides human support for helping the end-user understand how to use the application or system and respond to general questions and trouble tickets in a timely manner.
Key responsibilities include incident investigation, troubleshooting, escalation to 2nd level, and identifying potential solutions. Ensures the operational processes in a business run smoothly and enables users to conduct their business. Monitor response time and processing time for each Incident, Service Request, and Change Request. Coordinate with related parties to ensure compliance with SLAs related to Incident tickets and Service Requests registered in the ticketing application.
Job Requirements- Major in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
- Have experience as IT Application Support or relevant
