Location: South Tangerang

We’re looking for a data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage CRM automation and performance advertising to support our growth across digital channels.

Responsibilities
  • Develop performance marketing strategies aligned with business objectives (awareness, lead generation, conversion).
  • Manage, monitor, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, and other platforms.
  • Manage CRM campaigns end-to-end: audience segmentation, automation flows, personalization, and analytics.
  • Analyze funnels and customer journeys to identify opportunities for improving conversion rates.
  • Conduct A/B testing for audiences, ad copy, creatives, and landing pages.
  • Collaborate with the content/creative team to produce high-performing ad materials.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to meet KPI targets (CPA, CPL, ROAS, etc.).
  • Prepare regular campaign performance reports and provide data-driven insights and recommendations.
  • Perform competitor research, trend analysis, and explore new digital marketing opportunities.
  • Optimize landing pages or user flow to enhance lead quality and conversion.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Performance Marketer, CRM Specialist, or Digital Marketer
  • Proficient in advertising platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads, and analytics tools.
  • Experience in CRM tools (Clever Tap, Braze, Hub Spot, or similar) is a plus
  • Strong understanding of key digital marketing metrics: CPA, CPL, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CAC, etc.
  • Knowledge of funnel strategies and customer journey optimization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
  • Experience creating or guiding creative briefs for ad content.
  • Detail-oriented, data-driven, and comfortable working towards performance targets.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
