Currently, we are looking for a
Senior
UI/UX Designer to own end-to-end product design while running a pragmatic, action-oriented research and insights program. This role will be responsible for designing intuitive, high-quality product experiences, turning continuous user feedback into clear, actionable insights, connecting research, design decisions, and business impact, using AI-powered tools to accelerate design and research workflows. This role will work closely with product, engineering, and leadership, with significant ownership.

Product Design

• Own UX/UI across core experiences
• Translate user needs and insights into thoughtful design solutions
• Produce wireframes, flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Maintain design quality, consistency, and documentation

User Experience Research (UXR) & Insights

• Run ongoing insights program (NPS, exit feedback, in-product feedback)
• Conduct ad-hoc research (interviews, usability testing, surveys, concept feedback)
• Synthesize qualitative and quantitative data into clear recommendations
• Deliver regular insights summaries with “so what / now what” guidance

AI-Enabled Practice

• Use AI tools to speed up design, exploration, and research synthesis
• Experiment with new AI-powered workflows and tools
• Apply AI as a force multiplier while maintaining quality and judgment

Ownership & Communication

• Operate with autonomy and accountability in a startup environment.
• Communicate progress, insights, and risks proactively.
• Bring structured thinking and recommendations, not just outputs.

• 3–7 years in product design, UX/UI, or design research (flexible for strong candidates)
• Strong grounding in design research and insight generation
• Ability to translate research into product and design decisions
• Portfolio demonstrating both design quality and research thinking
• Strong experience with modern design tools (e.g. Figma)
• Familiarity with AI-powered design or research tools
• Comfortable experimenting and explaining how AI improves outcomes
• Comfortable working remotely and asynchronously
• Clear written communication
• High ownership, bias to action, and comfort with ambiguity
• Willingness to work according to Australian business hours (6:00 AM – 3:00 PM Jakarta time, including a 1-hour break)
