IT Operation Retail Team Leader

ÆON is a leading retailer in Asia, operating a network of over 300 subsidiaries and offering a range of store formats in Indonesia. This position supports the expansion and operational technology for our retail outlets.

• Manage and ensure stable store IT infrastructure (network, servers, POS, and security systems).
• Take full ownership of IT scope for new store openings, renovations, and relocations.
• Oversee IT asset lifecycle (POS, EDC, HHT, PCs, servers, and licenses).
• Ensure smooth daily system operations and data synchronization (pricing, promotion, stock, EOD).
• Act as escalation point and resolve critical IT incidents impacting store operations.
• Supervise CCTV, access control, and attendance systems.
• Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, repairs, and system improvements.
• Support stock take activities and ensure system readiness.
• Lead and mentor IT Operation Support team.
• Develop SOPs, documentation, and IT operational standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• Min. 5 years of experience in IT Operations or Infrastructure Support in Retail Industry is MUST.
• Experience supervising a team or as a Team Leader.
• Good knowledge of network, server, and system administration.
• Hands‑on experience with store IT systems and devices (POS, EDC, HHT, and peripherals).
• Experience handling CCTV, access control, and attendance systems.
• Basic understanding of IT security and asset management.
• Experience supporting store opening, renovation, and IT deployment projects.
• Able to supervise daily IT operations and coordinate with vendors.
• Good communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Professional working proficiency in English.
• Willing to travel and work with minimum supervision.
