We are looking for a Social Media Specialist
to work alongside our content, production, and strategy team. This role is for someone who understands how social platforms actually drive growth
, not just how to post content.
You will be responsible for reviewing client social ecosystems, identifying opportunities, and helping design smart, measurable strategies that support business growth.
Key ResponsibilitiesReview existing client social media platforms and provide clear, actionable recommendations for improvement.
Develop Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and other paid advertising strategies aligned to client objectives.
Suggest and help plan paid and organic campaign ideas across multiple platforms.
Identify opportunities to establish new audiences and grow existing ones through smart targeting and content planning.
Work closely with content and production teams to align social strategies with broader content plans.
Stay actively involved in content strategy discussions, planning sessions, and optimisation reviews.
What We’re Looking ForRelevant experience managing and growing social media accounts for businesses.
Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid social strategy.
Experience in Google search console, Google analytics & Ads + Google My business.
Ability to think strategically and explain why a recommendation makes sense.
Experience building audiences from scratch and scaling reach effectively.
Confidence analysing performance and adjusting strategies accordingly.
A proactive, collaborative approach to content and campaign development.
Exceptional communication skills.
Nice to HaveExperience working with international or Australian clients.
Familiarity with Linked In Ads, Tik Tok, or You Tube campaigns.
Understanding of how social content integrates with broader marketing and content ecosystems.
