The Manager is responsible for planning, managing, supervising, and continuously improving Data Center operational processes, particularly related to facilities, supporting infrastructure, data & power cable management, and IMAC activities.

The Manager ensures all activities are conducted safely, neatly, fully documented, compliant with standards, and with minimal risk to Data Center service stability.

• Ensure stable Data Center operations through orderly, standardized, and well-documented data and power cable governance.
• Reduce potential service risks caused by improper installation, arrangement, or decommissioning of cables and infrastructure.
• Maintain high-quality documentation, labeling, and baseline inventory of the Data Center.
• Supervise and ensure smooth execution of Install, Move, Add, and Change (IMAC) activities.
• Establish effective coordination with IT Operations, Data Center Facility, Network, Security teams, and vendors.

• Lead Data Center Facility technicians and ensure adherence to work standards.
• Set priorities for daily, weekly operational tasks and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, work permits, change management, and safety regulations.
• Supervise data (UTP, fiber) and power cable installation processes in accordance with procedures.
• Ensure proper cable routing, patch panel organization, cable tray usage, and rack management that are neat and secure.
• Approve cable numbering schemes, labeling standards, and documentation to ensure consistency.

• Supervise the removal of data/power cables and equipment based on approved change requests.
• Ensure no impact on active services through close coordination with relevant teams.
• Manage final documentation, data/equipment sanitization, and support asset disposal or auction programs.

• Ensure all IMAC activities comply with Data Center operational standards.
• Act as the primary coordinator between internal teams and vendors for large-scale IMAC activities.

• Identify potential risks related to power load, airflow and cooling, fire safety, and infrastructure stability.
• Provide mitigation recommendations and perform timely escalations when required.
• Maintain baseline power and cooling capacity in collaboration with the Facility team.

• Maintain the accuracy of cable lists, rack diagrams, power maps, and other operational documents.
• Provide periodic reports on Data Center conditions, field findings, and work status.
• Act as the guardian of compliance for all Data Center Facility practices.

• 7–10 years of experience in Data Center operations, facility management, or cabling systems.
• Proven experience leading technicians or operational teams.
• Strong understanding of Data Center environments (power, cooling, cable management).
• Willing to work on-site and follow maintenance schedules (night/weekend changes).
