Marketing Automation Manager

We’re looking for a Marketing Automation & Growth Ops Manager to own and execute our lifecycle marketing and automation systems across email, CRM, and sales touchpoints.

You’ll work directly with the Founder/Growth Lead to design, operationalize, and maintain our marketing automation framework — ensuring journeys run cleanly, efficiently, and without overlap.

This is a hands‑on, systems‑driven role for someone who loves clean logic, scalable workflows, and building growth infrastructure that just works.

• Big Query (data warehouse & segmentation)
• Windmill (workflow automation & data ingestion)
• Hub Spot (CRM)

• 3–7 years of experience in marketing automation, lifecycle marketing, or growth operations
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation platforms (Hub Spot, Marketo, Customer.io, Salesforce, etc.)
  or workflow automation tools (n8n, Windmill, Airflow, etc.)
• Comfortable reading and modifying SQL (Big Query‑style preferred)
• Experience building and maintaining marketing automation journeys
• Strong operational mindset with attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate effectively with engineers and data teams

• Build and manage lifecycle journeys (onboarding, nurture, re‑engagement)
• Ensure clean automation logic with proper exclusions and frequency caps
• Set up and maintain workflow triggers (n8n / Windmill)
• Use Big Query for segmentation and enrollment logic
• Monitor automation performance and fix errors or overlaps
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and engineering teams to improve processes
