GRC Manager (Governance, Risk & Compliance) - Model-based collaboration and issue-tracking platform company - Remote - Permanent hire

We are seeking an experienced GRC Manager to strengthen our compliance posture, embed risk-oriented practices across the business, and elevate our security awareness program. This is a high-impact role at the heart of a fast-growing, global SaaS organisation serving enterprise clients in the construction technology sector.

This position offers significant strategic influence and specifically focused on going through various audits and supporting controls. Responsibilities will be prioritised and phased based on business needs, with a clear opportunity to build and lead a GRC function as the company continues to scale.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Security, Risk, Law, or related field
• Certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CISSP (or similar)
• ISO 27001, SOC 2, or data protection certifications highly desirable

• 5+ years in GRC, risk management, or compliance roles
• Background in SaaS, technology, or construction environments preferred
• Experience running security awareness programs
• Strong exposure to international and cross-border compliance

• Information security frameworks and best practices
• Cloud security, SaaS compliance, SDLC, and Dev Sec Ops

• Compliance tools (Vanta, Hyperproof, Audit Board, Workiva)
• Risk and third-party assessment tools
• Cloud security governance and monitoring solutions
• Privacy, incident response, and business continuity platforms
