UI​/UX Engineer; IT

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (business users, process owners, and management) to gather, validate, and clarify business requirements and operational workflows.
• Translate complex business processes into intuitive, efficient, and easy-to-use UI/UX designs for internal users.
• Design user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity interfaces tailored for internal enterprise applications.
• Ensure UI/UX designs support process efficiency, accuracy, and ease of adoption across different user roles and access levels.
• Align designs with corporate design standards, branding guidelines, and internal UX frameworks.
• Work closely with IT development teams to ensure designs are technically feasible and properly implemented.
• Support developers during development and UAT phases to ensure UI/UX consistency and functional alignment.

• Bachelor in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of related work experience
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and Java Script
• Experienced with Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
• Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiar with responsive design principles
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Strong communication skills
• A portfolio is a must.
• Willing to work on-site & full‑time in Bintaro.
