IT Manager; Manufacture

PT. SEI Consulting Jakarta is part of the Sumitomo Electric Group
, a global leader in electric and electronic products and infrastructure systems. We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated IT Manager to join our group company. This role is pivotal in supporting the IT infrastructure and cloud computing. The successful candidate will bring a wealth of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and systems design, while also demonstrating strong project management and communication skills.

You will play an essential role in system planning, support, security enhancement, and IT for our group companies.

• Analyze business targets and translate them into IT strategies.
• Check and monitor the implementation of hardware and software procurement.
• Lead ERP evaluation and implementation (e.g., SAP ERP, Microsoft Dynamics 365).
• Conduct Fit & Gap analysis and business process mapping.
• Manage IT projects (WBS, scheduling, PDCA cycle).
• Oversee servers, networks, information security policy, and disaster recovery.
• Plan and develop IT systems, budget, and report IT performance to management.

• Experience as an IT Manager in Manufacturing (Must have; please don't apply if you do not have manufacturing experience).
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Computer Science.
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience as an IT Manager

• Understanding of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, cybersecurity, and various IT systems.
• Strong ERP, infrastructure, and project manufacturing management background.
• Proficient in Windows Server, Linux, VMware, Active Directory, networking, and firewall.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership skills.

• Programming and business system design experience.
• Ability to analyze business processes using flowcharts.
• Growth mindset and strong teamwork orientation.
• Excellent problem‑solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tight deadlines.
