In-House IT Specialist

Sele Ingredients is a premium food and beverage ingredients company serving local manufacturers. We focus on specialty ingredients such as sweetener systems, tea & herbal extracts and flavors specially formulated for beverages manufacturers in Indonesia.

Title: Inhouse-IT Specialist

Position: Full-time

• Provide on-site and operational IT support activities.
• Support IT infrastructure, in-house IT operations, and related systems.
• Perform field-oriented troubleshooting with hands-on technical work.
• Be willing to work on-site, with high mobility, fast response, and under pressure.
• Work outside normal working hours when required.
• Collaborate with teams in Tangerang area as needed.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Information Technology or related field.
• Experience in IT Support, IT Infrastructure, or In-House IT roles.
• Strong hands-on troubleshooting skills with field-oriented technical work.
• Odoo and Linux certification is a strong advantage.
• Able to work with high mobility, fast response, and under pressure.
• Willing to perform on-site IT support activities.
• Willing to work outside normal working hours when required.
• Domiciled in or willing to work around the Tangerang area.
• Knowledge in the following areas:
  Intranet (LAN & WAN), Internet and system maintenance;
  Cloud computing (File sharing, ERP);
  Backup regimens (cloud & NAS); CCTV NVR management;
  Internet security;
  Office / facility automation (ZMQTT).

Our head office is located in Graha Sele, Tebet, South Jakarta, and our operational office is in Serpong, Tangerang Area. Working hours are 08:00–17:00, Monday to Friday.
