Location: North Kuta

Remarc Property Group is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our customer relationship management systems. You will be responsible for maintaining customer data integrity, supporting sales and marketing teams through CRM insights, and ensuring smooth CRM operations. If you have experience with CRM platforms, analytical skills, English proficiency, and the ability to collaborate across departments, we want you on our team.

Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years of experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot, Microsoft Dynamics)
  • Strong understanding of CRM data management, customer segmentation, and campaign tracking
  • Proficient in analyzing customer data and generating actionable insights
  • Ability to train and support end-users on CRM functionalities

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written) – required
  • Basic to intermediate computer skills including Excel, database querying, and CRM tools
  • Willingness to adapt to evolving technologies and processes
Responsibilities CRM System Management

Oversee CRM data quality by regularly updating and cleaning the database, ensuring accurate customer records and segmentation.

Data Analysis & Reporting

Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights to sales, marketing, and management for decision-making and campaign optimization.

User Support & Training

Assist and train team members on CRM best practices, troubleshoot issues, and ensure effective usage of CRM functionalities.

Collaboration & Process Improvement

Work closely with sales, marketing, and IT teams to streamline CRM workflows and incorporate feedback to enhance system efficiency.

Note

This role demands a highly organized, analytical, and communicative individual who takes ownership of CRM performance and supports business goals through effective customer relationship management. You should be comfortable handling technical tools and working collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
