FINNS Beach Club is seeking a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful Data Analyst. This role is responsible for managing all data operational pipelines and business intelligence elements across our properties. This role ensures accurate metric tracking, budget and performance reporting, automated dashboard management, and actionable insight generation throughout the lifecycle of hospitality, venue, and operational initiatives.

- Query large datasets using SQL to evaluate performance metrics, uncover operational bottlenecks, and identify growth opportunities.
- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Translate complex quantitative findings into clear, non-technical executive summaries for stakeholders across business units.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and exploratory data analysis to ensure data integrity and quality.
- Collaborate with Data Engineering teams to refine data models, ETL pipelines, and warehouse schemas.
- Establish data documentation, dictionary definitions, and data governance best practices across organizational reporting.
- Partner with product, marketing, finance, and operations teams to define Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business requirements.
- Conduct ad-hoc analytical deep-dives to support key strategic initiatives and product launches.
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or quantitative research.
- Advanced proficiency in writing complex SQL queries (joins, window functions, CTEs, aggregation) for data extraction and transformation.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
- Hands-on experience developing reports in BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or Metabase).
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis (e.g., pandas, numpy).
- Understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, Big Query, Redshift).
- Mastery of advanced spreadsheet functions, pivot tables, and statistical modeling.
