We are looking for an ERP Specialist who will serve as the internal owner of all ERP systems within our organization, currently Odoo (v16) and Qianyi. This person is responsible for the end-to-end ERP ecosystem: system configuration, business flow management, module development oversight, cross-system integration, and vendor management.
This is not a pure technical role and not a pure operational role, it sits in between. The ideal candidate understands how business processes translate into system logic, can communicate with both business stakeholders and external developers, and takes full ownership of ERP health and evolution. As the company scales, this person must also be ready to lead ERP migration or expansion, including enterprise-grade systems such as SAP, should the need arise.
WhatWe’re Looking
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Information Systems, Computer Science, Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Accounting, Business Administration, or other related disciplines.
- 3–6 years of experience in ERP implementation, administration, or system ownership
- Hands-on experience with Odoo (v14/v15/v16) is required, including module configuration and business flow setup.
Experience managing external development vendors or implementation partners is strongly preferred. - Exposure to multi-system environments (e.g., ERP + WMS, ERP + marketplace integration) is a strong advantage
- Experience with Qianyi or other Chinese-origin ERP/WMS systems is a plus
- Prior experience working at or with an Odoo implementation partner is a significant plus, brings vendor-side perspective that directly supports partner management in this role
- Any exposure to enterprise ERP platforms (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), even at a basic level, is a bonus.
- Background in consumer goods, FMCG, D2C, or e-commerce operations is prefer
