Location: South Tangerang
About The Role
Chemin, a leading expert in data labeling and AI services, has partnered with an AI‑powered language solutions company. Over the past two years, our partnership has strengthened and scaled. As we expand our German language capabilities, we are building a dedicated team to drive project excellence and fuel account growth.
We're seeking a Part‑Time Project Associate to join our team on a 2‑month contract. You will work closely with our Project Manager and Associates to ensure the success of this project, measured by the accuracy, speed, and output (volume) of labeled data.
In this role, you will be responsible for operational delivery and quality oversight, acting as the main point of contact for German‑speaking annotators. As the internal team does not speak German, this role is critical in ensuring that annotations meet quality standards before submission to clients. You will play a hands‑on role in managing people, processes, and quality across ongoing projects that support AI advancements across multiple industries.

- Core work hours are 9:00 am—6:00 pm MYT
- Minimum 4‑hour overlap with the Malaysian team is required, with additional overlap depending on the annotation team’s location

- Performing detailed quality checks to catch language, formatting, and annotation errors before client submission
- Handling project administration tasks in line with internal and client standards
- Communicating clearly with internal stakeholders on project progress, risks, and quality issues
