About the Role
Responsible for developing and executing litigation strategies for write-off and overdue accounts to support the company’s Collection & Recovery targets.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop national and regional litigation strategies for write-off and non-performing loan accounts.
Conduct legal reviews and provide legal advice and litigation feasibility assessments.
Coordinate with external parties, including law firms, courts, notaries, and police.
Analyze debtor data and overdue portfolios to prioritize litigation and maximize recovery.
Identify and mitigate legal risks while ensuring compliance with internal policies, SOPs, and applicable laws.
Monitor litigation progress and provide regular updates and recommendations to management.
Provide legal collection training and guidance to branch Collection teams.
Collaborate with Branch Support & Compliance to develop litigation policies, SOPs, and supporting tools.
About YouBachelor’s degree in Law from a reputable university;
fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Strong understanding of civil and criminal law, particularly in financing.
Knowledge of litigation and legal case handling.
Strong analytical skills in debtor data and overdue portfolios.
Ability to prepare legal opinions and recommendations.
Strong document and legal evidence management skills.
