National Supply Chain Manager

Overview

Lead and oversee end-to-end supply chain operations across all Puyo production sites. Manage and develop the national supply chain team, including Production, Distribution, and Warehouse functions. Drive continuous improvement, SOP compliance, and cross-functional collaboration with key stakeholders. Develop and execute supply chain strategies to support business growth, efficiency, and cost optimization. Ensure supply availability, accurate production planning, and on-time distribution to all outlets.

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain management
• Strong people management experience leading multi-function and multi-site teams
• Proven ability in strategic planning, execution, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
