We are looking for an experienced and strategic Supply Chain Management General Manager to oversee and optimize end-to-end supply chain operations across multiple business entities within our group, including Freight Forwarding, General Trading, and Customs Clearance services.
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership capabilities, operational excellence, and deep understanding of logistics, procurement, inventory management, distribution, and supply chain strategy.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement overall supply chain strategies aligned with company business objectives.
Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, warehousing, inventory, transportation, distribution, and customs coordination.
Ensure operational efficiency, cost optimization, and continuous process improvement across all entities.
Manage relationships with suppliers, shipping lines, freight partners, transport vendors, and third-party logistics providers.
Monitor inventory planning and stock control to ensure optimal supply availability and operational continuity.
Collaborate closely with sales, operations, finance, and management teams to ensure seamless business operations.
Analyze operational performance, identify risks, and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations, customs requirements, and company policies.
Lead supply chain planning, forecasting, and budgeting activities.
Establish and monitor KPIs related to supply chain performance, delivery timelines, service quality, and operational costs.
Drive digitalization and system improvement initiatives to enhance operational visibility and productivity.
Lead, mentor, and develop supply chain and operational teams.
RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, or related field.
Minimum 7–10 years of experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Operations Management roles.
Proven experience in Freight Forwarding, Customs Clearance, Trading, or related industries is highly preferred.
Strong understanding of import/export processes, transportation management, warehousing, inventory control, and customs procedures.
Experience managing multi-entity or complex operational environments.
Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
Able to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Proficient in supply chain systems, ERP, and Microsoft Office.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred QualificationsExperience in supply chain transformation or operational improvement projects.
Strong network with logistics vendors, transport providers, or supply chain partners.
Certification in Supply Chain or Logistics Management is an advantage.
