As the Supply Chain & Procurement Manager, you will be responsible for managing the entire supply chain process—from demand planning, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, logistics, to supplier performance. You will work closely with Sales, Finance, Warehouse, Marketing, and Product teams to ensure product availability while maintaining optimal inventory levels and operational efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute end-to-end supply chain strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead procurement activities, including supplier sourcing, price negotiations, contract management, and vendor evaluation.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with local and international suppliers.
Ensure product availability while optimizing inventory turnover and minimizing stock shortages or overstock.
Monitor purchasing budgets and identify cost‑saving opportunities without compromising quality.
Oversee warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and distribution performance.
Coordinate import/export activities and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.
Analyze demand forecasts and collaborate with Sales and Product teams for inventory planning.
Develop and improve SOPs, procurement policies, and supply chain processes.
Establish KPIs and monitor supplier performance, procurement efficiency, inventory accuracy, and logistics service levels.
Lead, coach, and develop the Supply Chain & Procurement team to achieve operational excellence.
RequirementsBachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Logistics, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience in retail, sporting goods, apparel, footwear, FMCG, or consumer products is highly preferred.
Strong knowledge of procurement strategy, inventory planning, warehouse management, and logistics operations.
Experienced in supplier negotiation and contract management.
Strong analytical skills with experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics, or equivalent).
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.
Able to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
Preferred QualificationsExperience managing imported products and international suppliers.
Knowledge of demand forecasting and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning).
Experience handling multiple retail stores or nationwide distribution.
Familiarity with Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Supply Chain Optimization initiatives.
