Sales Export Specialist

Manage customer-driven, project-based bicycle export projects from initiation to completion.

Identify, analyze, and understand customers' product requirements and technical specifications.

Coordinate with the R&D team to ensure product designs and specifications are technically feasible and aligned with customer expectations.

Act as the primary liaison between cross-functional departments, including R&D, Purchasing, PPIC, Production, and other relevant teams, throughout the project lifecycle until shipment.

Build, maintain, and strengthen long-term relationships with international customers.

Monitor production progress and shipment status to ensure all project milestones and agreed timelines are met.

Ensure the smooth execution of the end-to-end export process, including documentation, internal coordination, and shipment readiness.

At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Hold Bachelor Degree from Reputable University with minimum GPA 3.00

Networking and negotiation skills.

Ability to multitask and work efficiently & effectively to meet required deadlines.

Good communication skill in English (oral and written).

Have passion in bicycle is a must.

Have driving license (SIM

A) is an advantage.

Would be placed at Alam Sutera, Tangerang.
