Ecommerce Operations Supervisor

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Operations Supervisor to join. This is a full-time position that plays a crucial role in overseeing and optimising our ecommerce operations. As Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring efficient order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer satisfaction across our digital platforms. This role bridges the gap between strategic objectives and day-to-day operational excellence, making it integral to the success of our ecommerce business unit.

Supervise and manage the ecommerce operations team, including order processing, picking, packing, and shipping activities

Monitor and optimise warehouse operations to ensure timely order fulfilment and accuracy

Track inventory levels and coordinate with procurement to maintain optimal stock levels across all ecommerce channels

Implement and maintain quality control procedures to minimise errors and returns

Analyse operational metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure reliable and cost-effective shipping solutions

Train, mentor, and develop team members to enhance performance and maintain high standards

Manage escalations and resolve operational challenges promptly

Prepare regular reports on operational performance and provide recommendations to senior management

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies within the operations area

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in ecommerce operations, logistics, or warehouse management

Proven supervisory or team leadership experience in a fast-paced operational environment

Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms, order management systems, and warehouse management software

Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks

Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and performance metrics

Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and relevant operational software systems

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage team dynamics effectively

Problem-solving mindset with the ability to make quick, informed decisions

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high accuracy standards

Knowledge of inventory management best practices and logistics optimisation

Preferably fluent in both Indonesian and English
