Assistant Pool Maintenance Manager; FINNS Beach Club

FINNS Beach Club is looking for an Assistant Pool Maintenance Manager. As the Assistant Pool Maintenance Manager, you will ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, water safety, and aesthetics are maintained for all pools and water features at all times. This role requires a robust combination of strong technical expertise, team managerial skills, and a deep understanding of large-scale pool operations in a high-traffic environment.

• Assist the Manager in developing and executing daily, weekly, and monthly preventive and corrective maintenance plans for all pools and water features.
• Supervise the field operational team in performing daily cleaning, water chemical adjustments, and filter backwash checks before daily operations begin.
• Ensure pool water quality always remains within safe, clear, and hygienic limits according to international standards and local health regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections of the machine room (pump room) to ensure all equipment (pumps, filters, heaters) are functioning optimally and perform immediate repairs if damage occurs.
• Manage the inventory of chemicals and pool equipment, ensuring stock availability, and supervising efficient usage.
• Enforce occupational health and safety procedures (K3/HSE) regarding the handling of hazardous chemicals in the workspace.

• Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Civil) or Hospitality Management with a strong technical background.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in pool maintenance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory role. Experience in 5-star hotels, luxury resorts, or water parks is an advantage.
• Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent certification preferred.
• Strong knowledge of large-scale pool circulation systems, piping, and mechanical layouts.
• Skilled in operating, maintaining, and troubleshooting pool pumps, filters, and chlorination systems.
• Solid understanding of pool water chemistry, chemical dosing, and safe handling procedures (HSE).
• Proven leadership in managing, training, and scheduling pool teams, including SOP and inventory management.
• Good communication skills in Indonesian and English.
• Detail-oriented, proactive problem-solver, able to work under pressure, shifts, and based in Canggu, Bali.
