General Affair Officer

We are looking for a General Affair (Facility Management) Officer to oversee our building operations, physical assets, and daily workplace facilities. While this role includes essential operational support such as uniform distribution, training logistics, and Tech Rep coordination the primary focus is to ensure excellent building maintenance, workplace safety, and seamless facility management.

• Facility & Building Management: Oversee daily building operations, maintenance, mechanical/electrical (ME) systems, and structural upkeep.
• Vendor & Contractor Management: Supervise third-party vendors for cleaning, security, pest control, and building repairs.
• Routine Inspections: Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify facility issues and ensure compliance with safety/health standards.
• Asset & Uniform Control: Manage company assets, oversee uniform distribution, and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Tech Rep & Logistics Support: Coordinate logistics and provide operational on-site support for technical representatives (Tech Rep).
• Training & Attendance Coordination: Handle schedules, venue logistics, and basic attendance reporting for employee training sessions.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any major (Engineering, Civil, or Technical background is a plus).
• Experience: 3+ years of experience in General Affairs with a heavy focus on Facility Management or Building Management
