Kandidat juga menangani keluhan bersama service coordinator, supervisor, atau branch manager dengan respons maksimal 2 jam dan perbaikan dalam 24 jam setelah janji dipenuhi. Persyaratan: lulusan SMA/k sederajat, SIM C, dan pengalaman pest control diutamakan.
