Location: Tabanan
- Minimum 2 years of experience in villa, hotel, or building maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing, air conditioning (AC), swimming pool maintenance, and water pumps.
- Ability to diagnose and repair technical issues independently.
- Experience with routine preventive maintenance and daily repair requests.
- Good problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
- Able to communicate with guests in a polite and professional manner.
- Basic English is required.
- Willing to work flexible hours or be on-call when needed.
