This role involves performing preventive maintenance and repairs across mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and air conditioning systems in commercial buildings. You will be responsible for maintaining building facilities and equipment to ensure optimal operational performance.

Key responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and AC systems

Conduct repairs to civil damage including floor repairs, painting, and ceiling repairs

Create monthly reports and recaps (KWH Meter)

Control and check electrical systems equipment, generators, lifts, STP, and fire pumps

Perform repairs related to building equipment and facilities

About you

Minimum education:

SMK or S1 in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Mechatronics

Minimum 1-3 years of experience in the same field

Experience with preventive maintenance in commercial buildings

Self-motivated and customer service oriented

Able to work individually and as part of a team
