Launching Team | Technician

Handle general maintenance and technical work during the property launching process.

Inspect electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, water systems, and other property facilities.

Identify and troubleshoot technical issues and carry out necessary repairs.

Ensure all equipment and facilities are functioning properly before the property opens.

Coordinate with vendors and contractors when specialized repairs are required.

Assist the Launching Team in preparing villas, facilities, and operational areas.

Conduct regular property inspections and report any technical issues to Management.

Ensure all technical work is completed according to company standards and timelines.

Support the operational team during the property's opening and initial operation.

Perform other technical and launching-related tasks as assigned by Management.

Previous experience as a Technician, Maintenance Staff, Engineering Staff
, or similar position.

Good knowledge of electrical, plumbing, AC, water systems, and general property maintenance.

Able to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems independently.

Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsible, proactive, and able to work under pressure.

Physically fit and willing to work at different properties during the launching process.

Able to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and other departments.

Previous experience in hotel, villa, resort, or hospitality maintenance is preferred.

Bali-based candidates are preferred.

Willing to be placed in the Uluwatu area
