• Lead day-to-day operations across Bobobox cabin properties to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality guest experiences.
• Translate strategic goals into actionable operational practices and processes.
• Drive operational excellence through data-driven decisions, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Coach, develop, and manage operations teams; implement training and succession planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize properties, guest services, and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree from a top university, preferably Hospitality.
• Minimum 3 years in a hotel/operations role; experience managing multiple hotels as a hotel manager or equivalent.
• Willing to work at any branch locations across Indonesia; periodic transfers/relocations possible.
• Fluent in English (verbal and written).
• Experience with PMS/HMS and POS software; familiarity with Google Workspace.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and relationship-management skills; data analytics capability; results-driven and adaptable to fast-paced environment.
• Experience in coaching and training delivery; familiarity with setting up and maintaining KPIs and SOPs.
• Willing to be placed at Bobocabin Ijen, Banyuwangi.
