Operation Senior Team Leader

ATI Business Group is seeking an experienced Operations Senior Team Leader to oversee daily operations, drive process improvements, and ensure efficiency within the team. In this role, you will lead, coach, and support team members while implementing best practices that enhance workflows, ensure compliance, and achieve operational excellence.

To manage and guide the operations team toward delivering high-quality performance, streamline workflows, and ensure compliance with company standards while driving continuous improvements to support business growth.

• You will lead, coach, and develop the operations team to achieve performance targets and meet business objectives.
• You will identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement across processes, implementing effective solutions.
• You will develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
• You will monitor KPIs and operational metrics, analyze results, and prepare reports for management review.
• You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, enhance customer satisfaction, and support business growth.
• You will ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• You will manage escalations and provide timely resolutions to ensure smooth operations.

• Excellent English comprehension with strong written and spoken fluency.
• Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of leadership experience, including managing teams and conducting calls with international clients or vendors.
• Proven experience in leading teams within a multinational environment, with a track record of successful project implementation.
• Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate, guide, and inspire teams to achieve targets.
• Advanced analytical and numerical ability with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a professional and approachable personality.
• Willing to work 100% on-site at Harmoni (Central Jakarta) or BSD (South Tangerang).
• Flexible to work in shifting schedules.
• Highly adaptable and able to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
