Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the Department Head in executing and monitoring global corporate strategic business planning, including profit and expense projection from marketing activities and funding/lending strategies.
• Support the development and updating of policies to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist in initiatives to improve processes and efficiency.
• Contribute to the development of banking products and services.
• Assist in creating business promotion strategies to retain existing customers and attract new ones aligned with corporate strategy.
• Collaborate with front-line departments and product partners (Investment Banking, Transaction Banking, Global Markets) to monitor and report business activities related to strategic planning, profit achievement, and budget management.
• Prepare reports such as branch performance (Balance Score Card) and presentation materials, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships with key partners.
• Organize branch-wide events, including seminars and client engagement activities.
• Support and guide less experienced team members on complex strategic planning issues.

Requirements:

• Japanese language skills minimum N2 level
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Data Analysis
