Job Overview: Support the Department Head in executing and monitoring global corporate strategic business planning, including profit and expense analysis from marketing activities and funding/lending strategies.

• Assist in developing and updating policies to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Contribute to initiatives aimed at process improvements and efficiency.
• Support the development of banking products and services.
• Assist in creating business promotion strategies to retain and acquire customers aligned with corporate goals.
• Partner with departments such as Investment Banking, Transaction Banking, and Global Markets to monitor business activities and strategic planning for profit and expense management.
• Prepare reports, including branch performance and strategic presentations, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
• Organize branch events, seminars, and client engagement activities.
• Guide less experienced team members on complex strategic planning issues.

• Japanese Language Skill minimum N2.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Data Analysis.
