Regional Project Manager

Are you a sharp multitasker who thrives in fast-moving environments? Do you enjoy bringing order to chaos and working across teams to make things happen?

We’re looking for a Regional Project Manager to join our team and help coordinate key strategic projects across our regional operations. You’ll work closely with the Head of Regional Projects and support initiatives led by the CEO
, ensuring alignment, follow-through, and results across the board.

• Coordinate and manage multiple ongoing projects across teams and regions.
• Support planning, execution, and reporting in collaboration with project stakeholders.
• Track progress, flag risks, and drive accountability on deliverables.
• Communicate clearly across functions to keep everyone aligned and informed.
• Prepare updates, documentation, and reporting for leadership.
• Assist with on-ground follow-ups, stakeholder coordination, and special tasks from the CEO’s office.

• 2–4 years of experience in project coordination, operations, or related roles.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Confidence working with multiple teams and senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication skills in English

• Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, Notion, and Sheets.
• A can-do mindset and comfort working in dynamic, fast-paced environments.

• Experience in startups or regional expansion,
• Understanding of data tracking and operational KPIs.
