- Leadin-depthinvestigationsandreconciliationforanystockdiscrepanciesfound.
Youareresponsibleforconducting Root Cause Analysis (RCA),notmerelyacceptingreportsfromthe3PL. - Ensurethe3PLadherestoallcompany
SOPs(Standard Operating Procedures ) relatedtogoodshandling,storage,and reporting. - Actasinternal Project Managerforperiodic Stock Opname (Inventory Audit),coordinatingwiththe3PLteamandexternal/internal auditors.
- Analyzeagingstock,slow-moving,andnon-movingdatatoprovideproactiverecommendationstorelevantteams(Commercial,Finance) fordispositionactions.
- Provideanalyticalreportsandstrategicinsightstothe Operations Managertosupportdecisionmaking .
- Actasthe Project Leadforimprovementinitiativesinthewarehousearea
- Proactivelyidentifybottlenecksorinefficienciesintheworkflowbetweencompanyandthe3PL,thendesignandexecutecorrectivesolutions.
- Collaboratewithinternalteamand3PLteamsfortroubleshootingsystemintegrationissuesandnecessaryenhancementdevelopment.
- Minimum3-5yearsofsolidexperience
in Inventory
Control,Warehouse Operations,orSupply Chain Analysis . - Musthaveexperience
workingwithoroverseeinga3PLvendor
.Understandthedynamics,contracts,andSLAsinvendormanagement. - Expertin Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables,Power Query,complexanalyticalfunctions,data modeling).
