Product Development Senior Manager will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our general trade business. This role will drive the innovation and development of new and existing products, ensuring they meet market demands and maintain the highest standards of quality and uniqueness.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Food Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years experience in handling FMCG and Beverages product development.
• Strong understanding of market research, product marketing, and related fields.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willing to be place at Bandung.
