• Lead and oversee day‑to‑day operations across multiple F&B outlets to ensure operational excellence, service quality, and brand consistency.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to drive productivity, improve performance, and maximize profitability.
• Monitor financial performance (COGS, labor cost, sales trends) and execute action plans to achieve target KPIs.
• Manage and optimize inventory, purchasing, and cost control processes to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Conduct regular operational audits, store visits, and performance reviews to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
• Lead expansion projects including new store openings, manpower planning, training, and operational setup.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B operations, with proven experience managing multi-store environments.
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision‑making abilities.
• Solid understanding of COGS management, labor planning, budgeting, and operational KPI tracking.
• Experience in leading teams, coaching, and driving performance improvements.
• Proven track record in store expansion or opening new outlets is a plus.
• Strong communication, leadership, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle complex operational challenges.
