Location – Cileungsi, Indonesia

A Production Scheduler ensures manufacturing processes run efficiently by developing and implementing production schedules. You work alongside other departments such as operations and purchasing to produce goods according to customer demand and delivery requirements. Your day‑to‑day tasks include analyzing production data, identifying bottlenecks, coordinating with other teams to eliminate constraints, and adjusting schedules to maximize output while managing resources. You will also track inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for timely raw‑material delivery.

The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and is able to work effectively.

Job Title – Production Scheduler (78697)

This function reports to the Production Planner, based in dsm‑firmenich, Cileungsi, Indonesia.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage production schedules based on customer orders and available capacity.
  • Coordinate with production, purchasing, and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of materials and resources.
  • Monitor production progress, adjust schedules as needed, and communicate updates to management.
  • Identify potential delays or issues and implement contingency plans to meet deadlines.
  • Maintain accurate production data and assist in inventory management, including material usage and forecasting.
  • Evaluate production processes for efficiency, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and recommend improvements.

You Bring
  • Associate's degree in management; a bachelor's degree is an advantage.
  • Experience in production scheduling and planning, minimum of 2 years.
  • Ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency with SAP Production Planning and Execution.
  • Ability to create and understand reports to make production decisions.
  • A desire to promote the success of the organization and production staff.
