About the role

As the Technical Manager at PT Pabrik Cat Dan Tinta Pacific (Pacific Paint), you will play a crucial role in leading the company's technical operations and driving innovation within the chemical manufacturing industry. This full‑time position is based in Tangerang, Banten, and will involve overseeing all technical aspects of the company's paint and ink production processes.

• Manage and coordinate the technical team to ensure that paint application processes in the field are carried out effectively, meet quality standards, and deliver optimal finishing results for customers.
• Problem‑solving analysis to find root causes and also propose corrective action to ensure acumen solutions for customers.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify and address technical challenges.
• Provide technical support and guidance to the sales and marketing teams.
• Lead and mentor the technical team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

• A bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical management role within the paint manufacturing industry.
• Proven track record of leading successful process improvement initiatives and driving operational excellence.
• Extensive knowledge of chemical production processes, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional teams.
