Overview
Develop new product formulations and improve existing ones in taste, texture, stability, and cost efficiency. Conduct laboratory trials (bench tests) for powder-based and ready-to-consume products. Prepare product samples for internal evaluation and organoleptic testing. Perform stability tests including pH, color, aroma, solubility, viscosity, and shelf-life. Select suitable raw materials (flavors, sweeteners, stabilizers, colorants, functional ingredients) for formulation needs. Coordinate with suppliers regarding raw material samples and technical data.
Create formulation documents, raw material specifications, and standard procedures for production. Support production scale-up trials and provide recommendations based on trial outcomes. Ensure all formulations comply with BPOM, Halal, and food safety regulations. Conduct research on market trends, competitor products, and new ingredient innovations.

- Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Food Technology/Chemical Engineering or other relevant field.
- At least 2 year of R&D experience in the food/beverage/supplement industry.
- Understanding of GMP, HACCP, BPOM, Halal, ISO 22000, etc. principles.
- Understanding of sensory testing principles.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills.
- Good problem-solving skills.
