Responsibilities
- Conduct Food Safety Audit at stores and manufacturing site
- Coordinate the Halal Registration process, including document preparation and submission
- Ensure all operational activities comply with established standards and regulations
- Deliver training and awareness programs related to Halal
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are consistently met
- Analyze data and reports to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunity
- Bachelor’s degree in a food-related discipline (Food Technology or Chemical Engineering).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position within food manufacturing or food & beverage retail companies.
- Knowledgeable in FSSC 22000, ISO 22000, GMP, HACCP, and the Halal Product Assurance System is an advantage.
- Willingness to travel and be based in Cikupa, Tangerang.
