Production Supervisor

Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Science, Chemical Engineering, or other related majors (
Apothecary degree is highly preferred
).

Minimum 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing industry.

Able to read and interpret production forecast and planning data
.

Strong data analysis skills to support production performance and improvement.

Good understanding of pharmaceutical production machines and equipment
.

Familiar with GMP, SOP, and pharmaceutical production regulations
.

Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Willing to work on-site (work at office) and based in Tangerang
.

• Supervise daily production activities to meet quality, safety, and delivery targets.
• Ensure production processes comply with GMP and company procedures.
• Monitor production performance, efficiency, and downtime; analyze data and propose improvements.
• Coordinate with PPIC, QC, Engineering, and Warehouse for smooth production flow.
• Manage production team performance and competency development.
• Handle deviations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Prepare production reports and documentation.
