Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute business strategies to expand our footprint in coating, resin, and moulding markets.

Lead market analysis and identify new opportunities within the coating and resin industry landscape.

Provide technical expertise in formulation for coating, resin, and moulding applications, building strong partnerships with clients.

Lead and inspire a team to reach high performance standards, meeting and exceeding business goals.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering

At least 10 years of experience in a coating, resin, or moulding manufacturing environment.

Strong technical expertise in formulation for coating, resin, and moulding applications.

Proven knowledge of market dynamics in coating, resin, and moulding industries.

Prior experience at a managerial or senior assistant manager level.

Open-minded with strong interpersonal skills and an approachable personality.
