Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

Rationally allocate resources and schedule production to ensure production targets are met and follow up on work order closures.

While completing production targets, improve workshop material turnover, control production costs, transfer frequency, and transfer resource investment.

Control and reduce standard time of manufacture by following new model learning curve, create and optimize work instruction, optimize manpower resource, improve line balancer rate.

Control and reduce actual time cost each phone by optimizing IDL manpower resource, losstime, and extratime management.

Control and reduce low value cost for overall factory, by doing purchase standardization, purchase evaluation, scrap standardization and project improvement.

Continue to reduce overall cost of manufacture to improve factory profitability by doing cost down project improvement and cross‑department coordination.

• Bachelor degree or above in Industrial Engineering major
• Fluent in English or Mandarin
• Minimum 1 year working experience in the manufacturing field, preferably in production planning or process improvement
• Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are welcome to apply
• Strong analytical and logical thinking; fast learner
• Excellent communication skills and strong cross-departmental coordination abilities
• Good understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Process Design, Project Management, and Business Process Improvement & Innovation
• Basic knowledge of CAD operation and Microsoft Office
