Minimum D3/S1 in Engineering, Industrial Management or Education
Certification in training (e.g., BNSP Trainer Competency, TOT/Training of Trainers) is a plus
ExperienceMinimum 2–3 years as trainer or L&D specialist, preferably in a manufacturing environment
Experience delivering technical training across multi-function departments
Able to translate technical/complex topics into simple, practical training for mixed audiences (operator level up to engineer level) is critical for this role.
Technical KnowledgeFamiliar with manufacturing processes (battery production knowledge is a plus)
Understanding of supply chain fundamentals (logistics, inventory, procurement)
Knowledge of warehouse operations (WMS, 5S, safety standards)
Familiar with K3 (Keselamatan dan Kesehatan Kerja) regulations and hazardous material handling relevant to battery industry
