Process Production Supervisor

PT Perfect Companion Group was founded to expand upon the Charoen Pokphand Group's expertise in the pet food industry and to address the growing market demand driven by pet owners who are becoming more conscious of product quality.

We are currently looking for candidates with the following requirements:

• Lead daily process operations on the shop floor to ensure the seamless transformation of raw materials into compliant, high-quality finished food products.
• Deliver and exceed shift KPIs, focusing on maximizing throughput, First Time Right (FTR), product yield, waste reduction, and energy/steam efficiency.
• Monitor manufacturing metrics on an hourly basis, implement fast corrective actions for process deviations, and accurately report shift results.
• Conduct brief analyses of operational losses and observations; implement targeted actions to reduce material waste and optimize machine parameter settings.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives by recommending and executing changes in operational methods, machine settings, equipment utilization, and team organization to hit shift targets.
• Lead root-cause problem-solving sessions and foster a collaborative, high-performing teamwork environment among shift operators.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering from a reputable university.
• Minimum 3 years of leadership experience in a production or shift-lead role.
• Minimum 3 years of direct experience in food manufacturing industries.
• Prior experience handling or collaborating with Raw Material Warehouse operations is highly considered and a strong advantage.
• Certifications in GMP, ISO 22000, or BRCGS is a definite plus.
• Technical proficiency in food safety regulations, production KPIs tracking (FTR, Yield, OEE), machine parameter optimization, and loss analysis.

• Working Conditions:
  
  Must be willing to work in a shift rotation system and be based full-time in Cikande, Serang, Banten.
