Our client, a Rubber Machinery manufacturing company in Indonesia, seeks a Production Engineer SPV to lead process design and optimization across mixing, vulcanizing, and final assembly.
The role requires 3+ years in rubber production, a D3 or S1 in Mechanical Engineering, and hands-on experience with Banbury mixers, open mills, calendars, and forming machines. Strong RCA, Lean, ISO 9001, and K3 safety knowledge are essential. On-site collaboration with maintenance and R&D is expected.
