PT Indo Medis Jaya is seeking an experienced Assistant Factory Manager to join our team in Cikupa. This full-time role focuses on supporting daily manufacturing operations and ensuring production efficiency while contributing to strategic objectives. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field and have 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
The successful applicant will excel in organizing and managing tasks, monitoring production quality, and fostering teamwork across departments. Fluency in Indonesian and English is required, and experience in a medical device factory is a plus.
