Manufacture Engineer

This role involves assembly, installation, and integration of electronic components (hardware), particularly Arduino and microcontroller-based systems. You will perform functional testing and troubleshooting on electronic products from production and prototypes, support daily production activities in the workshop/factory to ensure efficiency and meet production targets according to quality standards, maintain work equipment and ensure availability of electronic components in the production area, and create records, reports, and technical documentation related to assembly and device repair processes.

• Perform assembly, installation, and integration of electronic components (hardware), particularly Arduino and microcontroller-based systems
• Conduct functional testing (testing) and troubleshooting on electronic products from production and prototypes
• Support daily production activities in the workshop/factory to ensure efficiency and meet production targets according to quality standards
• Maintain work equipment and ensure availability of electronic components in the production area
• Create records, reports, and technical documentation related to assembly and device repair processes

• Minimum education:
  
  Diploma (D3) in Electronics Engineering (Low Current)
• Good understanding and technical ability in Arduino programming and microcontroller module operation
• Able to read and understand basic to intermediate electronic circuit schematics
• Able to work collaboratively in a team with good communication skills
• Strong commitment, discipline, attention to detail, and high willingness to learn
• Fresh graduates welcome to apply; 1-2 years of experience in manufacturing or electronic assembly is a plus
