Maintenance, Maintenance Technician ​/ Mechanic

Responsible for all machinery equipment at the factory, including quality checks, electrical inspections, and maintenance of production machines such as CNC six Drill, edging machines, beam cutting saws, CNC routers, hotpress machines, CNC milling machines, and air compressors.

Job Description s:

Conduct quality checks on all machinery and ensure proper functioning.

Perform electrical inspections of factory areas.

Analyze causes of machinery damage or operational failures

Inspect and maintain production machines including CNC six Drill, edging machines, beam cutting saws, CNC routers, hotpress machines, and CNC milling machines.

Inspect electrical panels, breakers, contractors, relays, sensors, motors, cables, and power supplies.

Monitor temperature, vibration, abnormal sounds, pressure, and lubrication conditions.

Perform corrective maintenance when machinery damage occurs.

Job Qualifications:

Minimum education:

SMK/D3 in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related field.

Minimum 3 years experience as Maintenance Staff (preferably in construction/developer/infrastructure project companies).

Experience in industrial machinery/CNC maintenance is an advantage.

Experience maintaining CNC-based woodworking machinery.

Understanding of PLC, sensors, inverter/servo motors, and CNC controllers is an advantage.

Able to read technical drawings, electrical diagrams, and machinery manuals.

Understanding of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance.

Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Willing to be placed in Tabanan, Bali area.
